Microsoft Corp. announced today that Windows
Vista will be first operating system available for sale and
download online (never done before by Microsoft). Yes, you
will be able to purchase and download online straight from
the company. No need to drive to the store, simply logon to
Microsoft, use your credit card and download it straight to
your hard drive, burn on CD/DVD and it's yours to keep. How
big the download will be? Please stay tuned as it is not yet
available to public and these details have not yet been released.
Microsoft also announce that it will let owners of Vista Ultimate
receive two extra copies of Home Premium for two other PCs
for an extra $50.
